A “Full Bittersweet” – from all English Cider Apples, particularly Dabinett and Somerset Redstreak selected from West Country orchards. Matured in century old oak vats, for a crisp refreshing burst of rich flavours. Cold, sterile filtered to capture the fresh distinctive character. A classic full-bodied floral golden cider, rich fruit finely balanced with complex tannins.
